Important New Updates to OSA Connect
We’re excited to share several new updates to OSA Connect, designed to improve visibility, reduce errors, and help firms and agencies stay on top of important deadlines.
✅ Tier Certification in Report Search
Approved Tier 1 and Tier 2 Certifications will now be available on the Audit Report Search page, where the public can search for and view them alongside audit reports and Agreed Upon Procedures. Previously not included in the search database, both past and future certifications will now be available and can be searched by agency name, agency number, and fiscal year.
⏰ Automated Reminders
Firms and agencies will now receive automatic reminders to help ensure important deadlines aren’t missed.

🖊️ E-Signature Tracking for Agencies
Agencies can now track the status of contract e-signatures, providing better visibility into where contracts are in the signing process. This feature is available for state agency contracts that require GSD/CRB approval, as these contracts involve multiple signatories.
✔️ Enhanced Contract Form Validation
New validation features help ensure the required information is entered correctly before submission, reducing errors and minimizing delays.
